Educating your child is a team effort, and having a healthy partnership between home and school is essential to our student’s learning.
How to join in the learning culture:
Parents are welcome to:
- Help out in classrooms or the library
- Be an active member of the P&C
- Participate in fundraising
- Support the tuckshop
- Spend time discussing your child’s progress with the class teacher
- Join in with special days and events
- Support your child’s learning supervising homework and listening to reading
- Access the Chaplain
- Come to parade (Monday afternoons @ 2:40)
- Be an important part of our strong community ties….

… as much or as little involvement as you wish.  It all helps, and it is all valued.
The more you are involved in a positive partnership, the :
- Greater your understanding of how the school works.
- Greater your understandings of what is being taught and how it is being done.
- More interest you show, the more the children understand how much you value education and them.
- Greater the input you have in building our school.
- You leave a lasting legacy for future cohorts of kids.
- More our school staff feel valued.
